| Introduction
SLIIC for the State of Chhattisgarh was constituted by Reserve
Bank of India (Rural Planning and Credit Department) in 7th
July 2001. Chairperson is Secretary (Industry) and convenor
General Manager, RPCD, RBI. Director (IF) is one of the members.
Purpose
To discuss policy issues and specific problems concerning
the overall industrial scenario and infrastructural requirements
of industrial structure in the State.
Basic thrust of SLIIC is on SSIs and particularly the viability
and rehabilitation of SSI units .
